Seems like part of North Hill is just on a shitty part of the grid. Same with Chapel Hill area (just off of Home Ave, north of Independence). We had two "flickers" and a 5-minute outage yesterday during the day, and then last night around 10:30 or so, it was out for at least 2 hours. Agreed on the past few months too.
