Personally I really liked Bottom’s Up pizzas when I first came to Richmond 20 years ago. However, the few times I’ve had their pizzas in recent years I’ve not been impressed. Not sure whether they’ve changed their chefs or ingredients in the last 20 years, probably both, but the pizzas are nowhere near as good as they used to be. More But, we use the best ingredients to construct each and every one. Our crust takes 8 hours to prepare, it is a true labor of love. Our 12" medium pizza is $10.95, our 16" large is $13.75 and our thin crust cheese pizza is $8.25. The price does vary when you build your own depending on which ingredients you choose.
