FOH Manager (Former Employee) - West Orange, NJ - January 13, 2022. Worst place to work. It’s a mental torture been an employee at ChitChat. Owners are beyond disrespectful. They have too many personal problems and they want to take on the employees. Pros.

Chit chat diner has an excellent exterior and interior aesthetic. Went for a Sunday brunch for 4. There were a lot of people, but the wait wasn't bad at all and there was a really quick turn around for tables. Window seats definitely provide the best views too. The food was pretty good.
