Dodge durango intermittent starting problem

The lights have been a major issue for a while now and the wipers have themselves at times. I've changed both HID 2 weeks ago but still the headlights shut off randomly.

The first time the issue showed up was when I pushed the start button and took longer than usual to fire up. No problem with the exhaust hitting the underbody. Tried remote start while under the car to no avail. Thought about the sub woofer and removed the 27 and 37 fuses which power the radio and sub woofer to no avail.
