The kit for the 54 inch deck is part number BM20827. I got it from the closest John Deere dealer, 35 miles away. I paid what I figure is full retail, $217.21 plus WI 5.5% sales tax. The same price as a few places on-line without a 5% forum discount. The installation was pretty straight forward.
