Sailors who wish to cancel a Shore Thing must do so 24 hours before the day it is scheduled. This can be done pre-voyage through the Virgin Voyages App or by contacting Sailor Services. While on board, Sailors can also cancel before the 24-hour cancellation deadline by stopping at the Chart Room on Deck 7. Can I reschedule my Shore Thing?
