William Chris Wine Company (WCWC) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest vineyard and wine tasting destination, Uplift Vineyard, located in Burnet, Texas.The 78-acre property in the Texas Hill Country AVA features an intimate tasting room nestled amongst 55 acres of vineyard, and the wines in the Uplift portfolio are exclusively estate-grown wines. Alcohol by volume: 13.5. pH: 3.74. Cases produced: 1111. I highly recommend this wine, as it is a well-made, nice example of a young wine that is already showing much promise and drinking very well.
